Clare was born in Urmston Manchester and trained at the Jean Geddes School of Dance.
Theatre includes: MARY POPPINS (Prince Edward Theatre), Alice in SEVEN BRIDES FOR SEVEN BROTHERS (Theatre Royal Haymarket), Silly Girl in Disney’s BEAUTY AND THE BEAST (UK tour), Wendy in PETER PAN with Brian Blessed (Dartford Orchard), Sally Brown in SNOOPY! THE MUSICAL (21st anniversary West End run, New Players Theatre), Fairy in JACK AND THE BEAN STALK (Grays Thameside), WENDY for the Walt Disney Company in USA, Caribbean and Bahamas. In 2001 Clare was first runner –up in the grand final of MISS DANCE UK. Film includes: MAMMA MIA! THE MOVIE currently in post production and due for release in July 2008. Television includes: Guest lead Vicky Cammish in HEARTBEAT, CORONATION ST and Faith in LINDA GREEN. Alice in Wonderland in the BBC's production celebrating HM Queen Elizabeth’s 80th birthday.
Radio includes: lead roles in SAPPHIRE AND STEEL and DOCTOR WHO.
